I hope you don't think everyone has been playing since its release. I refer you to the Q&A forum.

You guys must be the ones forming or joining parties that only ever LFMonks to go, I join the other guys all the time, just random groups during zmissions etc. Always successful, anal groups not my cup of tea tbh but keep up the over intense good work

the other monk say "you should leave, becoz my tiger say so " and proceed to flash a tiger emote.

The game has been around for five years, there's a wealth of information on sites like wiki, guru and pvx. I've been playing for less than half of the five years this game has been around, yet it took me less than a week to learn not to play like a retard, why? because i know how to read, and it was worth the effort to actually learn to play instead of struggling through a piss-easy game. There is no problem in this game that hasn't been experienced before outside of problems with new content, the only excuse for sucking at this game is willful ignorance.
Do you get the point now?

I think the stupidest thing I've ever SEEN is Obsidian armor.
It looks. . . so BAD! The only reason I'm going to buy one is for my HOM. I'll probably salvage it after that.

I guess you are referring to th warrior armor. Yes, it sucks.
That's why I put the neat FOW mesmer and paragon armors in my HOM instead.

It's killing me. We keep inviting new people into the guild as the game population dwindles but some of these people are just downright lazy when it comes to looking ANYTHING up on wiki. They CONSTANTLY use the guild chat asking inane question after another that is easily available on wiki. When I finally told a guy about the wiki after he spent a half and hour getting people to give him turn by turn directions to Nicholas and he posted:
"I don't ever use wiki's, they can be edited by anyone"

The funny thing is? The fact that wikis can be edited by anyone actually contributes to the information on them being highly accurate. Any vandalism that occurs generally is fixed almost immediately.

yep, I have someone like that in my guild, and it annoys me, although my answer always is, look it up on wiki. Then when the response to that is 'im too lazy to do that', the conversation has just ended.
The last one was if there were any new Halloween quests (this like half way through the event) and where you could find them

Y'know, it takes a unique brand of douchebag to admit they'd rather annoy you than use wiki.

Someone once told me a few days ago this little tidbit i found it funny. "There are no cliqs in GW". funny when most guilds have them. that tiny bit of people that wont play with others and when they do its like a hassle to them. i guess you can say they are elitist too.

These days one of the most annoying things I hear is "run this ... my friend and I beat the game / vanquished the whole of Kourna while running it and didn't have problems". Or maybe "I ran this, popped a conset and didn't have any problems". Beating the game isn't hard, vanquishing isn't hard either (I can do vanquishes with my eyes closed ...) and using consets is an admission of failure. Might as well say "I hired a runner to do this ... didn't have problems".
